XML WRAPPER SQL0901N "MEMORY ALLOCATION ERROR" DUE TO EMPTY
STRING NAMESPACE

Problem description:
When using xml wrapper, and creating nickname with NAMESPACE 
option assigned with empty string,  querying the nickname could 
result in -901 error:
