DB2 - Problem description

CONNECTION.ISVALID(INT TIMEOUT) API DOES NOT WORK UNEXPECTEDLY.

Problem description:
Connection.isValid(int timeout) api does not work unexpectedly 
(does not honor timeout argument) when client reroute is 
enabled.
