SQLCODE -302 IS RETURNED DURING STATIC SQL EXECUTION INSTEAD OF BIND/REBIND |

| Problem description: |
Binding or rebinding a static application should detect invalid
host variable information (such as a DECIMAL with precision 0)
and return SQLCODE -302.
In some circumstances, the invalid host variable information may
not be detected at bind/rebind, and is recorded in the section.
This results in SQLCODE -302 at execution time instead. |
