QUERY COMPILATION FAILS WITH SQLCODE SQL0007N OR SQL0198N

Problem description:
Query compilation may fail unexpectedly with SQLCODE SQL0007N or 
SQL0198N.  This can happen when a trigger is automatically 
revalidated.
