DB2 - Problem description

DB2RELOCALTEDB MIGHT FAIL WITH SQL10007N ERROR WHEN THE CONTAINER ID IS
HIGHER THAN 999.

Problem description:
Attempt to relocate a database with db2relocaltedb might fail 
when the ID of the container files in the storage group is 
higher than 999 (C0000999.EXT). Error will be following: 
 
   db2relocatedb -f configFilename 
   SQL10007N  Message "0" could not be retrieved.  Reason code: 
"4". 
 
The container ID is currently being checked on the last 3 
digits. This APAR will correct this to check all digits : 
  storage path/instance name/NODE####/database 
name/T#######/C#######.EXT
