MEMORY LEAK WITH DB2.NET APPLICATION WRITTEN USING DB2 V10.1 /V10.5 CLIENT

Problem description:
Memory Leak with DB2.NET application written using DB2 v10.1 
/v10.5 client driver. 
 
This APAR does not affect applications running on Windows 
32-bit.
