ROLLFORWARD CAN FAIL WITH SQL1271W ERROR

Problem description:
Restore & rollforward can fail, if you had the following: 
 
- Backup running 
- alter tablespace reduce max 
 
$db2 rollforward db DB10 complete 
SQL1271W Database "DB10" is recovered but one or more table 
spaces are 
offline on members or nodes "0".
