DB2 - Problem description

DB2 PROCESS LIKE DB2FW WILL NOT START ON HADR PRIMARY

Problem description:
When the first connection to the database on the primary after a 
takeover is: 
 
db2 connect to dbname in exclusive mode 
 
This may cause the following IBM DB2 process from failing to 
start up: 
 
db2fw 
db2stmm 
db2lused 
db2wlmd 
db2taskd 
 
to correct this, the first connection to the database needs to 
be one that is not in exclusive mode
