Text Search migration is failing during DB2 upgrade from version
9.7 to 10.5 with following error:
db2 "CALL SYSPROC.SYSTS_UPGRADE_INDEX('', ?)"
SQL20427N An error occurred during a text search administration
procedure or command. The error message is "CIE0320E Table space
"" does not exist."
