WHEN IT FAILS TO OPEN A MESSAGE FILE.

Problembeschreibung:
When one of the subagents belonging to the Load utility in a DPF 
environment encounters an error while attempting to open it's 
server side binary temporary file to hold messages, the Load 
utiilty will fail as expected, however the final rc returned by 
the Load is incorrectly set to SQL0901 or -901, whereas it 
should be the more descriptive rc SQL3006 or -3006.
Problem-Zusammenfassung:
LOAD UTILITY IN DPF MAY INCORRECTLY RETURN SQL0901 INSTEAD OF 
SQL3006 WHEN IT FAILS TO OPEN A MESSAGE FILE.
