LOAD RESTART in DELETE phase fails on MDC tables. |

| Problembeschreibung: |
If a LOAD into an MDC table fails in the DELETE phase, and a
LOAD
RESTART is performed, it will attempt to adjust some table
fields related to set-integrity.
However because this load is restarting during the Delete Phase
these values are not found and the Load Restart fails. |
