WRONG RESULTS OR ERROR SQL0802 WITH FUNCTION SYSIBM.POWER WHERE SECOND
ARGUMENT IS NULL

Problembeschreibung:
The result of function SYSIBM.POWER is supposed to be NULL is 
any of it's input arguments is NULL. 
 
SYSIBM.POWER will either return wrong results or error SQL0802 
if the second argument is NULL.
