Installation error during automated DB2 V9 Install with Tivoli
Software Distribution.
The installation completes successfully as long as a user is
logged in and starts the installation process manually.
But when using Tivoli Software Distribution to install DB2 it
automatically without a user logged into console, installation
fails with error:
1603 A fatal error occurred.
Install log shows:
Action start 0:13:07: VerifyPrereqsCA.
1: The installation program has been unable to find the name of
the user currently logged on to the operating system. The error
code returned by the Networking API is "0".
Action ended 0:13:07: VerifyPrereqsCA. Return value 3.
