User may see inaccuracy in the total_section_time and 
total_routine_time monitor elements if they have a table which 
has a check constraint that invokes a routine, and they issue 
the SET INTEGRITY statement on that table.

There is no workaround for this problem. Upgrade to DB2 LUW 
Version 9.7 Fix Pack 2.
