SQL0444N ERROR DUE TO MISSING ACCOUNTSGROUPS FUNCTION FROM
DB2DBROUTEXT.DLL ON WINDOWS

Problembeschreibung:
On Windows, one will get the SQL0444N error with reason code 6 
due to missing accountsGroups function from the db2dbroutext.dll 
file from the DB2 v9.7 GA. This will affect the following stored 
procedures: 
 
SYSFUN.USERS_GROUPS 
SYSFUN.GROUPS 
SYSFUN.USERS 
SYSFUN.GROUPS_FOR_USER 
 
An example of a situation is when one attempts to change the 
security information in the Task Center's security tab when 
scheduling a task. The error can also be hit by connecting to a 
database and executing the following SQL statement: 
 
C:\Users\db2admin>db2 SELECT NAME from TABLE(USERS_GROUPS(1,'')) 
 
NAME 
------------------------------ 
SQL0444N  Routine "*S_GROUPS" (specific name "USERS_GROUPS") is 
implemented 
with code in library or path "...IB\bin\routine\db2dbroutext", 
function 
"accountsGroups" which cannot be accessed.  Reason code: "6".
