DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

If setting "Include last day of month" with Control Center 
AUTOMAINT_GET_POLICY returns "-31" in <DaysOfMonth> 
 
According to DB2MaintenanceWindowPolicySample.xml from 
samples/automaintcfg the last day of month should be returned as 
"-1". 
 
Same behavior seen also on DB2 9.7.

In version 9.7, this APAR also addresses the issue of SQL1131N 
returned from sysproc.automaint_set_policyfile procedure. User
