DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 980 - DB2

"db2trc on" command doesn't work with "-cli" option. It is 
supposed to work as per the documentation:

Workaround: 
Currently work around is possible for this. User can pass "-m 
*.*.CLITRC.*.*" option with "db2trc on" command to get the same 
behavior as "-cli" option.

 DB2 Version 9.8 Fix Pack 5 for AIX and Linux
 

db2trc on with "-cli" option works now with this fix.
