DB2IUPGRADE FAILS TO UPGRADE V91/ V95 INSTANCE TO V97 WITH DBI19 18N ERROR IF THE V97 COPY DOESN'T ALREADY HAVE A DB2 INSTANCE |

| Problembeschreibung: |
When an instance is upgraded from a V9.1 or V9.5 copy to a V9.7
copy, if db2 instance does not already exist in the V9.7 copy
prior to the upgrade, the db2iupgrade command will fail with the
DBI1918N error.
The command works if an instance is created in the V9.7 copy
prior to running db2iupgrade command. |
