DB2SECURITYLABEL WITH A DEFAULT VALUE

A CREATE VARIABLE statement may cause DB2 to terminate 
abnormally when the followig conditions are satisfied: 
- the variable is of type DB2SECURITYLABEL 
- a default value expression has been specified
