Incorrect output for db2cat -p sysplan when
DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR = ORA
When DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR is set to ORA, the result of
db2cat -p sysplan is incorrect if pkgversion is not specified.
When db2cat -p sysplan is executed, the default package version
ID (pkgversion) is an empty string. However, when Oracle
compatibility mode is turned on, the default pkgversion created
for the database is a space instead of an empty string, thus
db2cat -p sysplan will return an incorrect result.
The APAR will fix db2cat so that a space will be used as the
default package version id when DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR = ORA |

When DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR = ORA, enter a space instead of a
empty string when db2cat request the package version id.
