Snapshot table functions can fail with SQL0443 /
ECF_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL (not only the below example fails)
Example:
db2 "SELECT REPLACE

Error message:
SQL0443N Routine "SYSPROC.SNAPSHOT_DBM" (specific name
