DB2 - Problembeschreibung

Problem IC72403 Status: Geschlossen

AUDIT POLICY STILL ASSOCIATES WITH OLD DATABASE NAME AFTER THE DATABASE IS
RESTORED IN A NEW DATABASE NAME.

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
After performing a redirect restore on the database, with a new
name, from a backup on an instance with db2audit running on,
user cannot remove the policy auditing the new database. The
view SYSCAT.AUDITUSE shows the association between the audit
policy and the old database name, which is recorded in the
OBJECTNAME column.

Remove the audit policy will result an error:
SQL0478N DROP, ALTER, TRANSFER OWNERSHIP or REVOKE on object
type "AUDIT POLICY" cannot be processed because there is an
object "old_db", of type "DATABASE", which depends on it.
