DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2

Since 9.5 GA, STMM has been using database memory statistics 
from before the tuning cycle to adjust database memory overflow, 
if needed, at the end of the cycle.  This is incorrect, as 
Database Memory may have changed significantly during the cycle, 
including from STMM tuning itself. This occasionally results in 
internal failures logged to the db2diag.log. This is corrected 
in the next tuning cycle, and has no significant effect on 
database operations or STMM tuning.
