ALTOBJ DOES NOT DELETE THE MESSAGE FILE AFTER IT RUNS SUCCESSFUL LY AND ONE
CANNOT PICK WHERE THE MESSAGES FILE SHOULD GO.

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When ALTOBJ is called to alter columns for a give table,
it calls db2load stored procedure under the cover to load

under sqllib/tmp directory which is not visible to the
user.

1) Option under DB2_UTIL_MSGPATH registry to pick the location
of the message file.
.
2) Remove the message file after a successful completion
of ALTOBJ.
