Attempting to connect to a host system using the 32 bit IBM Data
Server Driver on a 64 bit Sun Solaris system will result in the
following error message:
[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL8002N An attempt to connect to a host
failed due to a missing DB2 Connect product or invalid license.
SQLSTATE=42968
This will occur even if a suitable license is placed in the
/license subdirectory of the Driver installation path. |
