The DB2 installer changes IOCP status to AVAILABLE when it is in the DEFINED state, but this change is not permanent across reboots. Thus, DB2 changes the state only temporarily. After applying the fix, IOCP will be AVAILABLE permanently both after installation of DB2 and rebooting the system. | |
