DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2

When DB2HMON agent has deadlocked with db2throt process, the 
database very likely will run out of logfiles at some point in 
time, by DB2HMON holding the oldest transaction. Reaching 
NUM_LOG_SPAN nor FORCE APPLICATION will get the agent out of the 
hang. The instance needs to be stopped with db2_kill to clean 
the situation. The needed crash recovery afterwards might need 
longer to complete, as more logfiles need to be processed.
