During the fixpack update or Modify install (via Windows'
Add/Remove Programs) of ntx64 DB2 products on Windows, an error
windows pops up with the following message:
An error occurred while trying to start the "DB2" instance. The
return code is "4" and the SQL Message is: "PROCESS_ERROR" |
