DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When stats_heap_sz is not big enough, even though it is set to 
be automatic, RUNSTATS will not collect XML statistics.  No 
error will be reported to the user.  However, the db2cat output 
for the table will not show a part of XML statistics. 
 
If db2 trace is turned on, users can see an entry like the 
following in the flw file:

Increase the value of stats_heap_sz and run db2cat to make sure 
XML statistics are collected.
