Problem Reproducible Steps:
1. Prepare V9.7 FP4
2. db2 get dbm cfg > v97fp4_dbm.txt
3. db2cfexp v97fp4_cfexp.txt
** If you compare v97fp4_dbm.txt and v97fp4_cfexp.txt, you will
find following database manager parameters which db2cfexp does
not
export:
FCM_NUM_CHANNELS
START_STOP_TIME |
