Consecutive calls to DBMS_OUTPUT.GET_LINES() skips a line in between each call |

When DBMS_OUTPUT.GET_LINES is called consecutively, a line is
skipped in between each call. The following is a repro scenario
of the issue:

CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('3');
CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('4');
CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('5');
CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('6');
CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('7');
CALL DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('8');
