This is a timing issue that can happen when the following 
conditions are true: 
 
1) STMM: 
- altering a buffer pool 
- holding SQLO_LT_SQLB_BufferPool__prevBPDCachingLatch 
- waiting on page cleaner waitpost

The workaround is to disable STMM.
