HADR TAKEOVER MAY WAIT UNTIL REORG INDEXES OPERATION WITH "CLEANUP ONLY ALL" OPTION ON PRIMARY IS COMPLETE |

If REORG INDEXES is running with the CLEANUP ONLY ALL option on
an HADR primary, then attempts to do a takeover operation on the
HADR standby may wait until the operation is complete if the
REORG INDEXES operation does not need to do any page merges to
cleanup the index. |

| Local-Fix: |
Monitor db2 diagnostic log on primary and make sure reorg
indexes are complete before issuing HADR takeover operation.
You can also use the following db2pd command:
db2pd -db <dbName> -reorg index
Use -dbpartitionnum option on a DPF environment to look at a
partition-level info. |
