DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

The issue can occur when the server is being abnormally 
terminated.   For example if an iterative db2stop force and 
db2start is done or the DB2 process is manually killed. 
Otherwise the transaction should go through fine.
