PRECISION PROBLEM WHEN CONVERTING A DOUBLE TO A DECIMAL. |

| Problembeschreibung: |
APAR IC73485 provided an alternate floating point to decimal
conversion that took a truncation approach instead of rounding.
A problem has been identified in that alternate approach that
gives an imprecise conversion. This defect will further correct
this truncation approach to give a more precise conversion. |
