DB2 V9.7 FP6, REGRESSION OF APAR IC81335

Problembeschreibung:
The fix for APAR IC81335 introduced a potential endless loop in 
db2_all and rah command, when used in parallel mode. This can 
show up, when the remote comand used in the scripts always comes 
back with a non zero return code.
