Environment
Customer is using z/OS for host server and DB2 Connect as a
client.
Version infomation is as follows

AIX 64bit 6.1.0.0
DB2 v10.1.5 for z/OS
DB2 CONNECT v9.7.0.7 for LUW
When customer use "WLB tag" in db2dsdriver.cfg file, the
precompiler give out the error even though connection is
successfully made
$ db2 connect to dsnzloc user DB2LUW using DB2UDB
