This situation might happen under one of the following 
circumstances: 
 
- database manager has INTRA_PARALLEL ON and MAX_QUERY_DEGREE is 
greater then 1 or is ANY. 
- The CURRENT QUERY DEGREE special register is greater then 1 or 
is ANY 
- the query involves an OLAP function with a partition by clause 
fully covering the unique key columns of a table or the unique 
keys of several table which are joined together to preserve all 
the keys 
- all the key columns referenced in the partition by of the OLAP 
function are bound to local predicates.

Turn off  intra_partition parallelism: 
db2 update dbm cfg using INTRA_PARALLEL  NO
