THE DB2MSCS UTILITY FAILS TO CLUSTER A DB2 ESE INSTANCE ON WINDOWS SERVER 2012 |

| Problembeschreibung: |
On Windows Server 2012, the following error is encountered when
attempting to cluster a DB2 ESE instance using the db2mscs
utility:
"DB21514E The DB2MSCS utility failed to complete because of
system error: "The specified resource type cannot be found in
the image file."
Upon inspection of the trace output file, created via the
"db2mscs -d" option, the following trace points will be seen:
