DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

The create function statement fails with a SQL0109 error when  a 
"With UR" clause is included in a query in the function body.

The function will create successfully with the "WITH UR" clause 
removed.  The special register Current Isolation can then be set 
to UR using the command  "set current isolation ur"  Once the 
register is set the function should compile using the new 
isolation level.  For additional information on the Current

First Fixed in DB2 LUW 9.7 Fix Pack 9, the Fix Pack should be 
applied to to server.
