REMOTE CLIENT LOAD HANGS AND COULD NOT BE KILLED | |

The following conditions needs to exist for this issue to occur:
1. Remote client load ("LOAD CLIENT FROM ...")
2. Single node (i.e. not DPF)
3. LOAD first fails for a reason other than being forced off or
manually interrupted (e.g. Ctrl-C)
4. LOAD then hangs with diagnostics indicating that only the
main db2agent and the load db2lmr EDU still exist
