DB2 - Problembeschreibung

Problem IC97011 Status: Geschlossen

MQT NOT CONSIDERED FOR REWRITE MATCHING IN INSENSITIVE SCROLLABLE CURSOR
QUERIES

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
MQTs are not considered for rewrite matching in insensitive
scrollable cursor queries. This may result in missed
opportunities in performance optimization.

NOTE: Retrieving result set of queries using scrollable cursors
has performance overhead. Even with MQT routing, performance
may not be as good as non-scrollable cursors queries.
Scrollable cursors should be used only when required.
