When issuing "db2cluster -cfs -exit -maintenance" an issue can
occur where GPFS is not restarted on some nodes and GPFS file
system is unmounted.
May see the following entry in the logs
GPFS: 6027-1548 Error: daemon and kernel
extension do not match. |

The workaround is to do either of the following:
- reboot the node
- On the affected node:
/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmfsenv -u
/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmstartup
/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmmount <gpfs file system> |
