DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

After performing an offline reorg in HADR environment, index SMS 
tablespaces have different sizes on Primary compared to Standby. 
The reason being is that the index manager does not write its 
own log record to trigger the truncate on redo. As a result, 
when the logs are replayed on the Standby this doesn't take 
effect. This causes a difference in the size of index SMS 
tablespaces. 
 
The index manager should write it's own log record to trigger 
the truncate on redo.

The problem is first fixed in DB2 version 9.7.0.10.
