| Problembeschreibung: |
DB2 upgrade might fail when there is another service running
which is marked to AUTO_START and the binary path for the
service is longer than a value of declared 255 characters.
In the upgrade log we may encounter the following error message:
1: ERROR:One or more errors occurred while starting the
automatic DB2 Services.

CustomAction DeferredInstallCLICA returned actual error code
1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened
inside sandbox)
Action ended 12:56:42: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.
