SQL0444 error is reported when the user issues admin functions 
ADMIN_GET_TAB_COMPRESS_INFO or  ADMIN_GET_TAB_COMPRESS_INFO_V97. 
 
SQL0444N  Routine "*INFO_V97" (specific name 
"ADMIN_GET_TAB_COMPRESS_INFO_V97") is implemented with code in 
library or path 
"*", function "admin_get_tab_compress_inf" which cannot be 
accessed.  Reason 
code: "".  SQLSTATE=42724 
 
NOTE: this issue only affects Windows Operating System 
Platforms.
