GENBSON EXCEPTIONS WITH NON-UTF8 CODE SETS |

| Problembeschreibung: |
genbson() has problems with non-asci characters and non-UTF8
code sets.
Symptoms being observed are "exception caught" as well as NULL
output instead of row turned into bson/json and seem to be
platform dependent.
They can be observed with non-default as well as default
en_US.819 DB_LOCALE. |
