INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

Even with the fixes for IT02031 and IT02897 applied to 
12.10.FC3, SSL connections will sporadically fail like this: 
 
- from dbaccess: 
Attempt to connect to database server (testbug, conerr=-28014, 
oserr=0) failed. 
 
- from online.log: 
18:29:08  listener-thread: err = -28014: oserr = 107: errstr = 
GSK_ERROR_IO: Secure Sockets Layer error: GSK_ERROR_IO. System 
error = 107. 
(can also see oserr 9 instead of 107) 
 
- from online.log of database server that started a distributed 
query: 
16:58:55  listener-thread: err = -25587: oserr = 0: errstr = 
from prod1.domain.com to server prod1 : Network receive failed.
