However in the information to "Specify the tape size" we have 
that the range to configure TAPESIZE is from 0 to 2,097,151. 
 
Use the TAPESIZE and LTAPESIZE configuration parameter 
parameters to specify the maximum amount of data that you can 
write to a tape. 
 
To write or read the tape to the end of the device, set TAPESIZE 
and LTAPESIZE to 0. You cannot use this option for remote 
devices. 
 
When you specify the tape device as /dev/null, the corresponding 
tape size is ignored. 
 
The range of values for these parameters is 0 - 2,097,151.

Per development the correct value is 0 to 2,097,151, it is not 0 
to any positive number.
