IBM IDS ENTRP E / 5724L2304 / B15 - IDS 11.50

The optimizer may attempt to use a hash join method on an outer 
join, thus throwing a -1213 error. 
 
Where before (11.70, 11.50) the query was run correctly, it now 
fails with error 1213.
